CONTROL/REGULATION VALVES

Control | Pressure | Level | Pumps

To address all the control and regulation needs that may arise in a pipeline (supply, pumping, filling of tanks, etc.), IRUA has a range of valves capable of satisfying these requirements in their different configurations.

Responding to hydraulic, electrical or electromechanical commands, IRUA control and regulating valves are designed and manufactured to cover a wide range of solutions, including the use of special materials and high pressure.

PILOT OPERATED VALVE

Membrane-free piston-operated control valve, hydraulic/piloted, globe-type, top-entry (for ease of maintenance). Full bore valve for high capacities.

QUANTUM REMOTE CONTROL

QUANTUM is a family of state-of-the-art remote control units (RCUs) based on the most advanced remote control and telecommunications technologies. Developed by IRUA, the QUANTUM range is the result of 20 years of experience in the design and implementation of industrial remote control systems.

DIRECT ACTING PRESSURE REDUCING VALVE

Automatically reduces a high and fluctuating inlet pressure to a lower and constant outlet pressure, adjustable by means of the regulating screw. The valve will regulate the pressure allowing the flow demanded at any time.

ANGULAR PRESSURE RELIEF VALVES

Automatically reduces a high and fluctuating inlet pressure to a lower and constant outlet pressure, adjustable by means of the regulating screw. The valve will regulate the pressure allowing the flow demanded at any time. It works perfectly at very low flow rates and closes hermetically with zero consumption, maintaining the outlet pressure.

ACTUATED CONTROL VALVE

Globe regulating valve (straight-flow) for regulation, drainage, bypass, etc. Operated by external handwheel or electro-mechanical actuator. Valve with top-entry design for easy maintenance.

DIRECT ACTING FLOAT VALVE

Direct acting float valve for tank level control. The valve is installed in the upper part of the tank and opens to a greater or lesser extent depending on the fluid level. The valve will close completely only when the maximum level is reached. As soon as the level drops slightly below the maximum, the valve will begin to open.

LEVEL CONTROL VALVE

Piston operated globe valve Fig. 2810 with delayed external pilot, and fig. 2320 with altitude pilot for tank level control. The main valve will be installed in the access pipe to the tank, thus facilitating assembly and maintenance work.

PUMP CONTROL VALVE

Electrically operated “power failure safety” valve for control of pump start and stop, equipped with an adjustable system to control opening and closing speed to minimise overpressure and water hammer effects associated with normal pump operations.

RING NEEDLE VALVE (IRNV)

Ring needle valve Fig. 5003 controlled by electric actuator or manual reducer. The valve has a piston with horizontal displacement and closes by means of “V” steps.
